Traditionally, in the early days of the new year, we determine the most important events that took place in the Gymnasia in 2010.
- On November 26, 2010 the Gymnasia celebrated its 130th anniversary.
- In May, Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Dmytro Tabachnyk signed a decree stating that the Gymnasia was to become an experimental institution of the national level.
- The Gymnasia pupils gained 18 victories at IV stage of All-Ukrainian subject competitions, that has become a record for all the years of the institution’s existence.
- Natalia V. Rebenko, an English teacher, received a high rank of Merited Teacher of Ukraine.
- A children's publication UNIKAL’NY GYMNASYST was created.
- In June, a group of the Gymnasia teachers and students visited the sister city of Santa Rosa, California, USA.
- A group of the Gymnasia students worked on probation for the tenth time in Arlon, Belgium. An agreement to extend the project was concluded.
- Shawn Bashard, a Peace Corps volunteer started to work in the Gymnasia.
- The Gymnasia Assembly hall was repaired.
- The Ambassadors of Belgium and Argentina visited the Gymnasia.
