ANOTHER "LAST BELL" BECAME HISTORY.*

The Gymnasia traditional populous holiday of the “LAST BELL” was held on May 27.  More than a thousand Gymnasia students, teachers and parents came into the Peoples' Friendship Palace.  The holiday began at 8. 00 a.m. because of the evening concert dedicated to Chemist Day.

All the major moments of the Gymnasia life from 1 September 2010 till May 27, 2011 were shown on the stage for almost an hour and a half.  During the multimedia presentation the audience actively applauded, supporting what they saw.  The audience also passionately supported the Forms 4 and 11 graduates and joined the Gymnasia singers in singing.  Traditionally, Gymnasia students and teachers were welcomed by Marie-France from Belgium and for the first time by Shawn Bashard, a Peace Corps volunteer.  The holiday appeared to be bright, interesting and well prepared.  V.
