OUR PUPILS BUILT A UNO MODEL, NOW IN CHERKASY*

On February 28, Cherkasy specialized school No. 28 named after T. G. Shevchenko held the first forum of the UNO Model in Cherkasy: "A Step Toward Diplomacy." The subject of the model was "International cooperation as a key to sustainable development, peace and security of the international community". About 10 schools of our city, including  HLL, Schools No. 32, No. 11, and others participated in building the model. The schedule was rich and interesting. Oleksandr Shvets, a gymnasia Form 10 B pupil, a delegate from our gymnasia,  was awarded a diploma as the best speaker. Despite the fact that our pupils represented the Russian Federation, which is now very unpopular, they competed well and were one of the best.
